Fixed Rate Service: We complete a comprehensive predefined checklist during every visit to guarantee a reliable, consistent result. Should you require any thing else that’s not a part of our regular checklist, we offer a range of optional extras that you can pick from.

Frequently Asked Questions
Fixed Rate Fair Use Policy
Our Fixed Rate is designed for homes in standard condition and does not cover heavy debris removal, extreme neglect, or bio-hazardous waste.
We reserve the right to cancel your Fixed Rate clean at any time if we determine the property condition is beyond what is considered normal. If we do reach this decision, you are more than welcome to switch to our hourly rate.
We will always do our best to accommodate this on the same day if time permits, but if the property is significantly larger or more complex than initially expected, we may need to reschedule your service to ensure we can maintain our high quality standards.
Cancellation & Access Policy
If you need to cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled start time, we may need to charge a cancellation fee of up to $40. This helps us cover costs for our cleaners who are often already on their way to you, ensuring they are fairly compensated for their time.
However, we understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be fair. We will void this fee whenever possible – if our team member hasn’t started their commute yet, we won’t charge anything.
If we arrive on site and can’t gain entry, we will wait for up to 20 minutes while trying to reach you. If we still can’t gain access or contact you, we’ll unfortunately have to cancel the visit, and the full $40 fee will apply.
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home, it is completely up to you whether you’re home or not for the duration of your clean.
Do you need a key for access?
For the most reliable access, we strongly prefer the use of a secure, on site lockbox or key safe. We are happy to work along with any other access solution you may have set up.
We prefer not to hold physical keys with us. But if you would like to provide one instead of storing it in a secure location, we will store it without any identifying information.
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
We arrive fully equipped with all supplies needed. We bring our own chemicals, cloths, dusters, vacuums, and other equipment that might be needed.
If you have a preference and would like us to use your supplies or equipment, please let us know.
Pets
Please let us know if you have any pets before we arrive. We ask for this notice so our team can be fully prepared for any furry friends they’ll encounter, ensuring both our cleaners and your pets remain comfortable and safe while we work.
Our Service Guarantee
We always aim to do our best, and hope you are delighted with every clean. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, and we are committed to making things right.
Fixed Rate: If you had a fixed rate clean, we stand by our work and will arrange a return visit to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Hourly Rate: For hourly cleans, we cannot always promise all tasks be complete within the time slot you have chosen. However, if you feel that we didn’t do a great job, please contact us promptly so that we can discuss the situation and find the best way to fix things up.
